Refrigeration dryer

An air dryer is an industrial equipment for compressed air treatment that removes water from the compressed air network.

The refrigerated air dryer is the most commonly used for these applications due to its high efficiency and reliability.
It operates through a condensation process by cooling the compressed air through a refrigerant gas circuit.

The air is cooled, dried, and then reheated.

The dew point at 3°C allows achieving a class 4 air quality (ISO 8573-1), for optimal operation of machines and pneumatic tools.

It mainly consists of two separate circuits: Compressed air circuit and its heat exchanger, refrigerant circuit.

Designed and made to facilitate inspection and maintenance operations, the hoods are easily removable and provide quick access to all parts of the system.
The clear layout of components and the simple and effective realization of the refrigeration circuit facilitate the operator's work during standard checks.
