Special tools
Prevost expands its range of pneumatic tools to cover all possible uses.
TAR Riveter: Suitable for fitting series of rivets. Automatic air exhaust valve ensuring that the cylinder returns to position quickly, rivet held on adaptor holder via negative pressure, automatic collection of stems in collection pot, rotating air supply coupling, sheathed handle for a more comfortable grip.
TPF Punching and flanging tool: Specific tool for preparation of sheet metal prior to application of spot welding, assembly and shaping of bodywork parts and sheet aluminium. Two functions: flanging and punching, rubber handle.
TCG Caulking gun: Various applications in construction, bodywork and plumbing (leaktight joints, adhesive bonding, etc.). Tool adjustable depending on work to be performed, application of adhesive, gel, sealant and silicone in sachets (310 - 410 ml) or standard cartridge (310 ml / 10 oz), adjustment of air pressure using a dial, based on the density of the product and the work to be performed, adjustment of product flow via the needle valve, rubber-sheathed handle for a more comfortable grip.
TCG Grease gun: For lubrication of mechanical joints, machine tools, agricultural machines, etc. Gun supplied with rigid pipe, usable with cartridge, sachet or filled from bulk container, sheathed handle for insulation against the cold, progressive trigger to control grease distribution, either continuous or drop by drop, steel reservoir.
TDG Cleaning tool: For cleaning of finished surfaces, removal of traces of adhesive. Ergonomic composite body offering insulation against the cold and absorption of vibrations, ease of use: lightweight, relatively compact, and easy to handle, adjustment of rotation speed via an adjustment screw on the regulator, progressive trigger to control air inlet, trigger lock safety mechanism.
TMB Pneumatic brush: Brushing and cleaning, with the choice of accessory based on the surface to be treated and the material to be removed. Easy to handle and multi-purpose, cleaning for all types of residue on sheet metal (rust, paintwork, gravel). Removal of adhesives (using the rubber brush), rotating air inlet coupling.
TCG Pneumatic cutter: Cutting of adhesive bonds on windscreens and other types of pane. Ergonomic composite body offering insulation against the cold and absorption of vibrations, ease of use: lightweight, relatively compact, and easy to handle, adjustment of rotation speed via an adjustment screw on the regulator, progressive trigger to control air inlet, trigger lock safety mechanism, adjustment of oscillation frequency of blades, trigger lock safety mechanism, various types of blade and exhaust silencer sleeve to reduce noise levels (optional).
TES Engraving stylus: Engraving tool with carbide tip for marking and identification on all metal materials. Start-up and adjustment of the rotation speed by turning the knurled section.
