Connection of pneumatic tools

Quick and safe connection and disconnection of tools is important at workstations. The PrevoS1 coupling allows just that with a single press of the button. It meets all the requirements of the ISO 4414 safety standard on the protection of operators, manufactured products and equipment from hose whip. Work station layout

Most assembly line workstations are mobile and require equipment that can be moved across various distances. Prevost's PUS recoil hoses are designed for just these types of work station. Made of polyurethane for extreme elasticity, they withstand pulling and have a superior recoil memory. Each comes preassembled with easy-grip straight fittings, one fixed for the supply end and one swivel for the tool end. The threads on all PUS recoil hoses are precoated with Teflon® for quick and easy connections.

Today's highly engineered industrial paints require the use of extremely advanced compressed air treatment systems. Prevost's MICRO AIR line of filters provides the level of filtration required for these situations. They treat compressed air to bring it up to "breathing air" quality so that water-based paints or other coatings and varnishes may be used in complete confidence. MICRO AIR filters can be installed anywhere, from a single work station to on an entire ringmain.
